About Caroline
I created THE RECODE METHOD™ from a belief that has shaped my work and my life.
Who you have learned to be is not the limit of who you can become.
For more than twenty years I have studied why we think, feel and behave as we do, and more importantly, how we are able to change.
But this work has never only been something I teach. It is how I live.
The Woman Behind The Method
My work has taught me that the greatest transformation often begins when we stop asking, “What's wrong with me?” and start becoming curious about what we learned, what we have been repeating, and who we might be without it.
That understanding changed my own life.
I have used these principles to continually question my own limitations, change the patterns that no longer fit me and consciously choose how I want to think, feel, love, work and live.
I don't believe transformation means becoming someone else.
I believe it means becoming more fully yourself.
That, to me, is the work.
The Work Behind The Work
Caroline Gamble is the founder of THE RECODE METHOD™, a subconscious change methodology developed from more than twenty years of study, training and experience across the disciplines that shape her work.
Clinical Hypnotherapy
Advanced training in clinical hypnotherapy and subconscious reprogramming.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
Extensive study in CBT to understand and reframe thought and behaviour patterns.
Neuroscience
Study of brain function, neuroplasticity and the science of lasting change.
Nervous System Regulation
Training in nervous system science and emotional regulation methods.
Language & Behavioural Change
Advanced study in the power of language to create and sustain behavioural change.
The Yoga Sciences
Deep study of yoga philosophy, breath, embodiment and mind-body connection.
Rather than practising these disciplines in isolation, Caroline brings their principles together through THE RECODE METHOD™: identifying the subconscious patterns beneath behaviour, changing what is driving them, and reinforcing new ways of thinking, feeling and responding in real life.
And that is what
I help other
people do.
